The CareTech Group is seeking a highly skilled Capital Works Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing capital investment projects within our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage capital investment projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing capital investment projects within real estate or property management.
