Key responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Theatre Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve theatre performance and patient satisfaction.
  • To manage theatre resources effectively and ensure efficient use of equipment and staff.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
