Theatre Team Lead

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Theatre Team Lead to join our team. This role involves leading and supporting the multidisciplinary team within theatre, promoting high-quality efficient perioperative patient care.
About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, accountable individual with at least two years of experience in surgical scrub and/or anaesthetics. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to promote a culture of excellence within the team.
