About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, accountable individual with at least two years of experience in surgical scrub and/or anaesthetics. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to promote a culture of excellence within the team.

  • Deliver excellence in their role
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in surgical scrub and/or anaesthetics
  • Skills to lead and support the multidisciplinary team within theatre
  • Compassionate, accountable individual
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Appropriate post-registration experience in Theatre practice
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Estimated salary: £44,414 - £57,192 per annum
