At Leaders Romans Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Weybridge. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and maximising business opportunities, advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business. Excellent sales ability, high level of customer service skills, good telephone manner, and positive attitude are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,615 OTE (on-target earnings), plus access to an Employee Assistance Programme, retail discounts, regular awards & incentives for top achievers, generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year, excellent parental leave & company fertility policy in place.
