Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Emergency Department Receptionist to join the Emergency Care Directorate's Administration Team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work within our Emergency Department (ED). Working as part of the ED Team, the post holder will be required to provide efficient receptionist and administrative support to the clinical team within ED.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide an efficient reception and administration service to the ED department while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively ensure that an effective service is provided and patient satisfaction is maximized.
By the nature of the duties, the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with staff, patients, carers, and relatives with courtesy and discretion at all times.
