Cognitive Behaviour Therapist CAMHS

The post holder is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilising clinical expertise throughout the peri-operative period. Skilled assistance is provided in surgical care, as well as in satellite areas such as X-Ray and Obstetrics.

1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based patient care.
2. Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs, with minimal supervision.
3. Assist in the management and organisation of clinical and satellite areas, implementing improvements to working practices.
4. Participate in the education and development of other staff members and students.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic nurse to join our theatre department at Glan Clwyd on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be provided with a preceptor to complete a personal training plan and will gain support from experienced team members and on-site practice facilitators.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within various specialties, including General, ENT, maxillofacial, breast, gynae, orthopaedics, vascular, urology, emergencies, obstetrics, recovery, and scrub.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
