Mechanical HVAC Site Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Site Supervisor to oversee boiler replacements and plant room refurbishments on multiple sites across Scotland. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring site deliveries, and coordinating all aspects of the refurbishment process.
- Supervise subcontractors and site workers (up to 5 at a time) for health and safety compliance.
- Maintain high standards of work and site safety throughout each project.
- Liaise with project management and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements:
- Mechanical systems knowledge is required.
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or extensive industry experience (4-8 years preferred).
- Experience in commercial or building services (no domestic work).
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Early finish potential on Fridays.
- Overtime may be required, with supervisor oversight on additional hours.
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Rate: Competitive day rate ranging from £240 per day including travel expenses and accommodation (if applicable).
