Barnardo's is seeking a dedicated social worker to join our Adoption team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to supporting and improving the outcomes of the children and families we work with.


The successful candidate will provide pre and post placement support to families, including further training for adoptive parents to meet the assessed needs of children.


As a social worker in the Adoption Service, you will be based within a Pan-Wales Service, with hybrid working that allows you to balance work and life priorities in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.
