Key Responsibilities:- Assist Site Supervisors with the day-to-day management of a large team, ensuring daily production targets are achieved and production time is maximized at the facility.
- Maintain Shift Logs and provide daily feedback on performance to teams.
- Assist Supervisors with weekly audits, action plans, and oversee corrective actions, as well as with employee inductions, briefings, and training.
- Carry out Waste Acceptance Checks on incoming material and carry out rejections as required in line with that specific customer's contract.
- Ensure the segregation of all recyclable materials at the facility is maximized.
- Control housekeeping activities to ensure all are carried out in a safe manner and conform to the Safe Systems of Work and Company Policies.
- Ensure all work equipment within their area is used and maintained in a safe manner, all defects reported, and a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
- Ensure that SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in respect of the health, safety, and welfare of its employees.
- A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you may be expected to work overtime as required.
- You will also be computer literate.
