Deputy Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Deputy Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Shop Manager in the efficient operation of our charity shop.
As Deputy Shop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets, managing stock levels, and providing supervision and guidance to staff and volunteers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shop
- Managing stock levels, including processing donations and maintaining a high level of stock presentation
- Providing supervision and guidance to staff and volunteers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Assisting with the achievement of sales targets and other key performance indicators
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is able to work effectively as part of a team. If you have a strong background in retail and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
