Special Education Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Rush Green, London. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the educational journey of young learners with special educational needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN team to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will assist children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other needs, helping to build their confidence, encourage independence, and unlock their full potential.
About the role:
- Support pupils with SEN in both group and 1:1 settings
- Help implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and behaviour strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
