Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant KS2 team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic primary school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to KS2 students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to ensure they can access the curriculum.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supervise students during break and lunchtimes as required.
- Participate in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities.
- Provide feedback to teachers on students' progress and any concerns.
- Support with administrative tasks such as maintaining records and documentation.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- A passion for education and supporting children's learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the KS2 curriculum is desirable.
