This role supports our compliance team in ensuring that we satisfy all regulatory requirements, assisting business operations in ensuring employees remain compliant. The position contributes to group-wide compliance and audit requirements, including Right to Work, Visa's, Professional Registrations/Revalidation, and Disclosure checks.

We're looking for someone to provide high-level administrative and customer support to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support temporary worker compliance
  • Assist with Right to Work requirements
  • Work with large data sets on various compliance audits
  • Support professional registration and revalidation needs with regulatory bodies
  • Validate NMC checks
  • Process and countersign Disclosure checks
  • Develop knowledge and capabilities in compliance checks and requirements
  • Improve processes and best practices for compliance

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Organized approach, prioritizing workload effectively
  • Basic understanding of Right to Work checking process
  • Understanding of Disclosure checks or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of professional registration or willingness to learn
  • Ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
  • Customer service skills, handling upset callers professionally
  • Experience in administration, preferably in HR, Onboarding, or Compliance
