Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Comex 2000 UK Ltd. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities, including client delivery, project progress monitoring, and reporting.
  • Interface with customers, including regular conference calls, to ensure effective communication and project progress updates.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as internal systems and databases.
  • Raise and manage work requests, permits, and submissions to clients.
  • Liaise with various company and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate with field engineers to ensure jobs are fully prepared and scheduled.
  • Create job packs to stakeholder specifications.
Requirements:
  • Good IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive and methodical work ethic.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and a can-do attitude.
  • Confident communicator, with a good telephone manner and experience dealing with multiple parties.
  • Good decision-making skills, with the ability to recognize and escalate issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on own initiative, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering results and adapting to changing priorities.
