Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Comex 2000 UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide comprehensive support to our project managers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative requirements, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting project progress, successes, and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and escalate issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to converse with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of technology and systems relevant to the role, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Street Works Ticket Units: Hold a valid Street Works Ticket Units 1, 6, and 9.
  • CSCS and NRSWA: Possess a valid CSCS and NRSWA certification.
  • Physical Health: Be in good physical health, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
