About the Role

As a Senior National Account Manager at Nigel Wright Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve targets for our client's largest and most significant account, Tesco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Tesco and other major accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account status, performance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
