  • Guest Experience & Operational Excellence: Be a hands-on leader, ensuring seamless operations across all Rooms Division areas. Prioritise guest satisfaction by managing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring that service levels consistently exceed expectations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining the highest service standards. Manage payroll, operating costs, and revenue targets effectively.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster strong communication across all departments to ensure a cohesive approach to operations. Lead daily briefings and collaborate with senior management and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Rooms Division Manager role within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Extensive experience in Reception, Concierge, Nights, and Housekeeping.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
