The ideal candidate will have a life science degree or qualification as a Health Professional, with 5-10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, leadership skills, and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PV strategies to ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a small team to ensure the highest levels of quality and reputation.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders, including the MHRA, healthcare professionals, and industry bodies.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in pharmacovigilance and scientific information management.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Regulatory knowledge of UK PV regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and representation skills.

This is a hybrid role with up to two days remote work available, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
