Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage the payroll team, providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management and employees. You will also contribute to key projects and policy development, using your expertise to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Advise senior management and employees on payroll matters, including legislation and procedures.
  • Ensure changes in payroll legislation and policies are implemented effectively.
  • Produce and reconcile year-end data, meeting statutory deadlines.
  • Contribute to key projects and policy development, showcasing your expertise.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
