Nurse Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to customers, including administering medication and ensuring safe storage.
- Lead a team of support staff, prioritizing and planning tasks to ensure smooth and efficient management of the shift.
- Support ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Thorough knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
- Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
