Key Responsibilities:- Lead the theatre team clinically through day-to-day tasks, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise.
- Complete clinical duties on a regular basis, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Deputise for the theatre manager as required, providing seamless leadership and support.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your passion and interests, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- Act as a role model, offering support and guidance to your team members as needed.
- Registered nurse or ODP with a valid PIN and no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a theatre setting, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
- Previous leadership experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader capacity, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to demonstrate experience across a wide range of specialities, with a flexible approach to supporting the theatre team.
