Perioperative Practitioner Opportunity
Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced and committed Theatre staff/ODP to join our friendly operating theatre team. Consultants from across the UK work with us, and you will work closely with them, exposed to the latest innovative, evidence-based clinical techniques.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with a strong background in theatre support. You will be expected to work in teams with minimal supervision, demonstrating competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
You will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet patients' needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting information, and making justifiable assessments.
