As an Operational Transformation Specialist at Macquarie Group, you will be a key player in uplifting our Operating Processes for Counterparty Lifecycle Management to meet evolving Regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. The cross-functional team collaborates with specialist business teams to drive change and maintain industry-leading standards.

Your role will involve leading the implementation of global AML reform and uplifting internal policies, standards, and procedures. You will engage subject matter experts, gather requirements, document current and future state processes, and perform analysis to deliver change. Additionally, you will have significant stakeholder exposure across our institutional businesses and the Financial Crime Risk team.

You will require 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, with ambitions to gain experience in Project Management. Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organizations, including practical real-world experience in KYC processes and/or managing teams in this area is essential. Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience in iterative development processes are also required.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and location. We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, minimum 25 days of annual leave, primary carers eligible for minimum 20 weeks paid leave, and minimum 6 weeks for secondary carer.
