About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at The Savoy. As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless guest service and create personalized experiences for our guests
  • Take ownership of guest requests and ensure they are met with a smile
  • Maximize internal communication networks and support colleagues to ensure a smooth guest journey
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail and previous experience of guest complaint handling
