Kennedy Pearce is seeking a commercially-minded and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering results and driving business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration (70% of the role)
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation
  • Overseeing the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits
  • Partnering with the HRBP to manage outputs of the annual Merit Review process
  • Collaborating and implementing robust Centre of Expertise HR initiatives to drive business improvement
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment campaigns and coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants and their onboarding
  • Working jointly with the HRBP on complex employee relations issues and supporting internal investigations
  • Administering data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits

As a key member of the HR team, you will actively contribute to local and regional HR projects within the EMEA region and be a key member of the social committee. You will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or an equivalent degree in HR and demonstrable progressive experience in a HR advisory role. You will also have experience working for a large, global, and commercial organisation.
