Job Description

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to improve legal processes with the intelligent use of technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline contract assembly and contract automation implementations for all customers.
  • Collaborate with the clients to understand their requirements and work with the technology team to translate client requirements into AI solutions.
  • Assist the Head of Legal Transformation and Associate Director in building and delivering client legal transformation plans for new customers.
  • Support machine learning and AI initiatives in relation to client current and future developments.
  • Understand customer requirements in relation to AI output and execute the same.
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve customer gaps from the current process to the future process.
  • Be agile and responsive to customer needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure that the AI software is functioning correctly and meeting their requirements.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience working in relation to legal aid with a qualification in law (L.L.B/L.L.M).
  • Experience working in legal services, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and preferably with an IT background.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and build systems and reports that solve business problems.
  • Experience working with practice/case management systems to improve existing systems and develop new processes that increase productivity.
  • Articulate, knowledgeable, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Generative AI space, up to date with recent releases of the leading Gen AI platforms, and a good understanding of how prompt engineering works.
