Sales and Partnership Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partnership Development Professional to join our team. As the Sales and Partnership Development Professional, your primary role will be to secure entries for our awards (e.g., the Performance Marketing Awards), sell key sponsorships (from category sponsorships to headline packages), and manage table and seat bookings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales with a strong ability to build relationships with industry decision-makers. They will also possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
The Role
As the Sales and Partnership Development Professional, you will excel at identifying decision-makers, developing relationships, and growing our network within the digital marketing and performance marketing sectors. Your consultative sales approach, persistence, and strong rapport-building skills will allow you to handle objections effectively and close deals confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure award entries, sponsorships, and table/seat bookings for our UK and US award ceremonies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industry decision-makers
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements
Benefits working as a Sales and Partnership Development Professional
We offer a competitive salary package of £35,000 basic with realistic OTE (pro-rata) up to £40,000. Other benefits include 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays (pro-rata), hybrid working, cycle to work scheme, health cash plan, contributory pension scheme, holiday exchange programme, and relaxed dress code.
