Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate care plans for patients.
  • Deliver comprehensive care to patients, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management.
  • Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Perform nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards.
  • Participate in regular mandatory training to stay up-to-date with current nursing practices.

Qualifications

  • You will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Theatre Practitioner within the last 3 years.
  • You will be registered with HCPC.
