About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading housing group and contribute to the delivery of high-quality electrical installations.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, including:
  • Marking out, coring holes for fans, and installing sockets, smoke, and heat alarms.
  • Wiring ring and radial circuits, consumer unit changes, and lighting installations.
  • Completing second fixing of sockets and accessories.
  • Testing, certification, and fault-finding.
  • Removing old circuits and wiring bathroom fans.
  • Working on full kitchen rewires and related small building works, such as chasing out walls and making good after installation.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in domestic electrical installations, service, repairs, and rewires.
  • City and Guilds 2365 Level 3 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
  • The ability to make well-informed decisions, work independently, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • A full valid driving licence.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
