High Voltage Operations Engineer

We are looking for an experienced High Voltage Operations Engineer to join our team at RES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and fault finding of high voltage electrical assets across our UK and Ireland portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Commission and maintain high voltage electrical assets, including HV and LV equipment
- Supervise commissioning activities on site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Carry out protection and control testing on generation or storage assets to diagnose faults and organise repairs
- Interact with suppliers, construction teams, and sub-contractors to ensure successful commissioning programmes
- Commissioning Engineer qualification
- SAP authorisation under high voltage electrical safety rules
- Relevant Degree/HND or equivalent industry experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Full UK driving licence
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
