Registered General Nurse Nights

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team on the Patience Ward, working 37.5 hours per week including day and night shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and skills in Nephrology and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deputise for the Ward Manager and lead the team in their absence.
- Manage the department and nursing staff, ensuring patients receive high-quality clinical care and a good patient experience.
- Be accountable for their practice in line with the NMC code of professional conduct and take every opportunity to sustain and improve their knowledge and professional competence.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care within the trust.
- Evidence of professional/clinical knowledge in area supplemented by specialist clinical, managerial training and CPD.
- Practice Assessor/Supervisor/Teaching Qualification.
- Post-registration qualification in or demonstrate relevant experience and competence in the appropriate area of speciality.
