Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team at Bromford. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining communal green spaces and clearing homes and gardens.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high-quality grounds and green spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Clear homes and gardens of debris and vegetation.
- Operate a range of equipment, including brush cutters, pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, and hedge cutters.
- Apply pesticides and other chemicals safely and effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
- NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available).
- Strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements.
- Comfortable with basic IT and mobile devices (training provided).
- Punctual and excellent customer service skills.
- Full, clean driving license (van sharing in most cases).
- Access to a stocked van (shared use) and a fuel card.
