Job Title: Global Meeting Planning Agency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Meeting Planning Agency Specialist to join our team at ADR Application Development Resources, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic meeting planning expertise to our clients, with a focus on identifying and evaluating meeting planning agencies (MPAs) and developing effective implementation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of MPA options and recommendations for clients
  2. Evaluate MPA performance and develop performance management frameworks and KPIs
  3. Develop and implement change management plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
  4. Provide executive-level presentations to clients and stakeholders
  5. Track and report on MPA performance and progress

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in commercial operations functions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
