About the Role

The Specialist Works is seeking an experienced Media Planning Specialist to join our team in London. As a Media Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing print media campaigns, including door drops and newspaper inserts, as well as managing client relationships and media contacts in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute print media campaigns to drive client growth and engagement
  • Manage client relationships and media contacts in Ireland, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the Client Director of the Irish agency to develop and implement media plans that meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and media plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and media contacts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media planning and account management within a media agency background
  • Excellent client handling skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and media contacts
  • Strong understanding of print media channels, including door drops and newspaper inserts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, media contacts, and internal stakeholders
