Job Title: Global Meeting Planning Agency

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Meeting Planning Agency professional to join our team at ADR Application Development Resources, Inc.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing expertise in meeting planning for global operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier performance management, operational analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate MPA options and recommendations for Pharma clients' top markets
  • Develop and implement MPA implementation roadmaps integrated with related initiatives and co-dependencies
  • Track and report MPA performance to PMO
  • Design and implement MPA performance management frameworks and KPIs
  • Create MPA implementation playbooks
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial operations functions, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent project management skills and methodologies
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings
