About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO at our global asset management firm in Mayfair.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and engaging CEO, forming a firm partnership and adding value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, the board, and colleagues.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
  • Manage and coordinate internal sign-off processes, annual tax returns, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Company's 'Support' function and work with other EAs across the firm.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience at C-Suite level, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Highly skilled in written communications, with a perfectionist approach to grammar and language.
  • Experience in board meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Proficient in document management, including formatting, editing, and version control.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent recall and organizational skills.
  • Confident, friendly, calm, and discrete, with a proactive and deadline-oriented approach.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong education, with a degree-level qualification or equivalent.
