FP&A Manager Job Description

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager for a 6-month temporary assignment with a well-regarded organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key financial planning and analysis activities, working in a dynamic environment where your insights will support important business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for effective planning.
• Evaluate and review business cases for new projects and investments, providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of financial systems, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Generate regular financial reports, perform detailed variance analysis, and provide insights on key financial metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

• Accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with systems such as D365, or Power BI is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in system implementation and project management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Benefits:

• Hybrid working (Only required in office 2 days per week).
• Pay: £32-£36 per hour inside IR35.
• Hours: 37 Hours Per Week.
