Headteacher Position in Dumfries

We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Headteacher to lead Loreburn Primary School in Dumfries, Scotland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of improving attainment and teaching quality, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
They will work closely with the school community, including parents and partner agencies, to maintain strong relationships and achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes
- Lead and manage teaching staff to ensure high-quality education
- Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £71,181 per annum, plus a significant relocation package of up to £5,000.
They will also have access to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
