Job Summary:

We are seeking a temporary Care Management Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prepaid card accounts for Self-Directed Support (Direct Payment accounts), purchasing direct payments on Mosaic, and monitoring prepaid card accounts in line with agreed processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage opening and closing of prepaid card accounts for Self-Directed Support (Direct Payment accounts)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 6 or equivalent, such as Social Care or Business Administration. You should also have recent extended office experience, including meeting deadlines and handling sensitive information. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between £13,000 and £14,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. However, please note that the base salary will be discussed at the point of interview.

Benefits:

This vacancy could be suitable for a secondment with agreement from your current line manager. Additionally, working knowledge of a Business Information and/or Finance System is an essential requirement for the post.
