Activity Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Activity Co-ordinator to join our team in Dumfries, providing support to individuals living with dementia within our community groups and day service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. A positive approach to dementia is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and participate in training.
Responsibilities include developing and leading activities that promote brain health, supporting individuals to connect with their local communities, and engaging them in their interests and hobbies. A car is preferred, with mileage and expenses paid.
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata). We offer a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, registration with the SSSC, and a supportive work environment.
