Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting, is seeking a Director of Human Capital Operations to oversee all Human Capital Operations' activities across the European region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Human Capital Operations across Europe
  • Collaborate with European Region Heads, COO, and Director of Talent on Human Capital matters
  • Develop and implement effective Human Capital strategies to support business goals
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality Human Capital services
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of UK & European HR Generalist experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience is essential
  • 10 years of leadership/management experience - leading projects and HR teams, advising business leaders on Human Capital matters, advocating for Human Capital policy or other initiatives, and managing a team
  • Solid knowledge of HR operational activities (benefits, payroll, tax, employment law)
  • A CIPD qualification and/or a Law degree (with focus on employment law) is preferred
