Stores & Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Stores area, ensuring seamless inventory management and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unpacking and checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining stores and kitting up parts.
  • Liaising with various parts of the business, including Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering.
  • Updating our ERP systems daily to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • A blend of IQ and EQ, with the ability to solve new problems in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated or complex stores/inventory management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ERP systems and IT skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, who works well in a range of teams.
Working Arrangements:
  • Early and late rotating shift pattern, with shifts from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
