Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students on a 1-1 basis, helping them develop self-regulation techniques and healthy coping mechanisms.
- Work collaboratively with on-site psychologists, safeguarding officers, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff to promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Recent psychology or criminology graduate with a strong understanding of child development and mental health.
- Experience working with children and young people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with developmental trauma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £80-95 per day, paid weekly. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
