Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Planner to join a reputable Main Contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the construction planning team in preparing construction type programmes, site logistic layout plans, and scaffolding schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the construction planning team in preparing construction type programmes
  • Prepare site logistic layout plans for presentation documents
  • Prepare scaffolding schedules and source quotations
  • Identify temporary works requirements and source quotations as required
  • Review project craneage and any specialist material handling requirements and source quotations as appropriate
  • Attend Pre Contracts Department meetings, internal tender review meetings, and the tender finalisation meeting
  • Attend mid tender or post tender interviews as required, including preparation of presentation information

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • Track record working for a reputable main contractor
  • Ability to work under the supervision of the construction planning team
  • Ability to prepare construction type programmes
  • Experience in using ASTA PowerProject software would be an advantage
