We are currently recruiting for a Paraplanner to join our award-winning Financial Planning practice in Ipswich. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week spent working from home.

The Paraplanner will assist Wealth Planners in delivering Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients, through the production of wealth planning reports. Key responsibilities include liaising with Wealth Planning administrators and Wealth Planners to ensure all required information is obtained in a timely manner, ensuring product research is up to date, and producing client reports within agreed timescales.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaise with Wealth Planning administrators and Wealth Planners to ensure all required information for report production is obtained in a timely manner
  • Ensure product research is kept up to date
  • Production of client reports within agreed timescales
  • Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission
  • Deal with all forms of client communications, including arranging client meetings for the Wealth Planners
  • Build technical knowledge to achieve chartered financial planner status

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Education to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Fully or part qualified CII DipPFS as a minimum
  • At least 12 months industry experience in administration or paraplanning role
  • Experience of providing customer service to HNW individuals
  • Previous use of First software or Intelliflo is advantageous
  • Previous use of Voyant or alternative Cashflow software is advantageous
