HR Administrator

Our client, a top 150 national law firm, is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for an administrator or graduate to take a step into HR.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and update HR systems
- Support new starter and leaver administration
- Assist with payroll administration, including salary changes and benefits
- Produce letters and documents for the employee life cycle
- Monitor and respond to HR and Payroll inboxes
- Maintain training records on the HR system
- Desire to begin or progress in a career within HR/Payroll
- Experience of HR and/or payroll administration desirable
- Excellent administration and IT skills, including Excel and Word
- Organisational skills and good time management
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a confident telephone manner
