Client Servicing Manager

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is proud to be partnering with a reputable Financial Planning Firm to recruit a Client Servicing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, colleagues, and providers to ensure seamless communication and administration.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the back office database system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meeting Preparation: Complete meeting preparation and booking into advisors' diaries to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Meeting Notes: Action meeting notes provided by the adviser to ensure timely follow-up.
  • New Business Applications: Process new business applications and business submissions to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Servicing Activities: Support advisers on client servicing activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Client Reviews: Prepare and follow up on regular client reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Financial Services Experience: Previous experience in the financial services industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Professional Manner: A professional manner and fantastic values are essential for this role.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy is necessary for this position.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye to detail is required to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
