As a Commercial Assets Co-ordinator with RES, you will play a vital role in assisting with contractual and statutory compliance for a portfolio of O&M contracts. The overall purpose of the role is to help maximise production from client assets, increase maintenance efficiency, and achieve a high level of safety performance.

The ideal candidate will have a coordination or administration background with some experience of maintenance procedures or operating assets. A high level of organisation and computer literacy are required to be successful in this role. This is a permanent position primarily based at home or office near Exeter, with occasional travel to operational sites and RES offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving and maintaining Person status commensurate with training received, experience gained, and individual job role requirements.
  • Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules, ensuring high quality of documentation of completed maintenance, identifying upcoming maintenance tasks, highlighting overdue items for attention, and actioning low stock items.
  • Supporting technicians with skip/plant hire and waste disposal needs, maintaining records of all waste transfer notes where required.
  • Supporting the relevant person/team with equipment warranty claims.
  • Maintaining a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality management tools as necessary.
  • Providing administrative support for field technicians, including booking travel & accommodation.
  • Helping organise team meetings and annual team events.
  • Third party contractor management.
  • Analysis of maintenance KPIs and highlighting trends and anomalies.
  • Supporting the monitoring and escalation of site performance within the relevant teams.
  • Supporting in stakeholder meetings/management (commercial).
  • Supporting daily monitoring and fault escalation.
