Job Title: Fire Safety Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to fulfill business contracts, completing planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer sites to complete planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems.
  • Respond to emergency call outs and unscheduled work as they arise.
  • Complete service worksheets and company documents comprehensively.
  • Provide excellent customer service when responding to customers.
Requirements:
  • FIA Foundation with extensive knowledge of BS5839.
  • Modification of Fire Safety Systems configuration.
  • Customer service focused.
