Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our production facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including automated distribution control systems, bucket elevators, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding to identify and resolve issues.
- Work at heights and in confined spaces to access and maintain equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant discipline.
- Apprentice-trained or time-served in a mechanical maintenance role.
- Experience working in a food or FMCG environment.
- Working at heights experience preferred.
